At Business Promotional Art (BPA), once your order is fully produced and packed, it enters the international shipping phase. This stage alone typically takes 35 to 50 working days to complete. Here's why — and what happens during that time.

1. Dispatch & Handover to Carrier
Once your order passes our final quality check, it is carefully packed and handed over to our international shipping carrier. You will receive a tracking number at this stage so you can follow your shipment in real time.
2. International Transit
Your order travels internationally from our facility to your destination country. Transit times vary depending on the destination, the shipping route, and the carrier's schedule. This is typically the longest part of the shipping phase.
3. Customs Clearance
All international shipments must pass through customs at the destination country. Customs processing times can vary significantly depending on:
- The destination country's customs regulations
- The nature and quantity of the goods
- Whether any additional documentation is required
- Peak seasons or public holidays at the destination
4. Last-Mile Delivery
Once customs clearance is complete, your order is handed over to a local carrier for final delivery to your address.

The full shipping process — from dispatch to delivery at your door — typically takes 35 to 50 working days. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in both the origin and destination countries.
We strongly recommend planning your order well in advance to avoid any delays, especially around peak seasons or major holidays.
🚢 Standard Sea Freight — Free of Charge
Our standard shipping method is sea freight, which is included free of charge with every order. While it takes longer, it is the most cost-effective option and is ideal for orders that are planned well in advance.
✈️ Need It Faster? Airfreight Is Available
If you have an urgent deadline and need your order delivered faster, we offer an airfreight option that significantly reduces transit time. Please note that airfreight shipping comes at an additional cost compared to our standard free sea freight.
