1. Order Processing & Production Time
Because our products are custom-made or personalized, please note the following:
  • Production Time: Standard orders typically require 18 business days for design, printing, and quality checks before they are ready to ship.
  • Processing Hours: Orders are processed Monday through Thursday, excluding major holidays.
  • Delays: During peak seasons or for complex custom projects, production may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the production time mentioned above.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to All GCC Countries.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: businesspromotionalart.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages
businesspromotionalart.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
