Refund policy

1. Made-to-Order Products All products offered by Business Promotional Art (BPA) are custom-made to order based on the client's specifications, including design, size, material, and quantity. As such, all sales are final once production has commenced.

2. Order Cancellation Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided that production has not yet started. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +968 77075072 or email at johnnybrjeily@gmail.com.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive products that are defective, damaged, or do not match your approved design proof, BPA will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion: replacement of the defective items, or a partial or full refund depending on the nature and extent of the defect. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order, accompanied by photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

4. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued if the order matches the approved design proof and agreed specifications, dissatisfaction is due to a change of mind after production, or errors exist in design files or specifications submitted by the client.

5. Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method or via bank transfer, in USD or OMR as applicable.
